For the first time The Wine Press is bringing the taste and tradition of making New England hard cider to our customers. November 8th we will crush and press Cheshire grown apples! Crushing will begin at 12pm (followed by a 4 hour maceration period). Pressing begins at 4pm. Participants can choose to attend the crush or the press. After a year of fining and aging, we will invite you back to bottle your cider!
