Recollective awareness is an approach created by Jason Siff.
The group will involve a period of sitting followed by time to journal the meditation experience, then there will be time for interviews related to the journals. This approach is a gentle approach which gives permission for your everyday life to enter your meditation practice. This gives rises to the condition's that allow you to become familiar with your experience which can lead to calm and insight.
This group will be lead by Andrew Luff. He has been a practicing Buddhist for over 20 years and spent 8 years as a Buddhist monk. He has been teaching in Sydney, Australia for the past 10 years, and is training to be a recollective awareness teacher with Jason Siff and Linda Mondaro.
