Local cocktail pro Tim Cabral of The Ordinary will lead a hands-on mixology workshop using two honey-based cocktails as a jumping point: the Bees Knees and Boozy Buddah. Participants will learn about herb and citrus infusions, utilizing local ingredients, cold and hot cocktails and numerous techniques for mixing drinks.
Local bee keeper Ben Gardner of Pollen will infuse the class with some bee keeping wisdom and an assortment of New Haven area honeys to sample and use for cocktails and snacks.
Any event by The Ordinary wouldn't be complete without some delicious cocktail party eats and cheeses from The Ordinary's Chef and sister establishment Caseus. Food pairings will be prepared and enjoyed by all including cheeses and charcuterie platters, honey glazed nuts and an assortment of delectible cocktail party appetizers.
