Zinc: Withers Wine Dinner

We have been fans of The Withers Wines for quite some time. So much so, this is our second time hosting them for a fabulous wine dinner!

These wines are grown in California, in high elevation, cool climate sites that yield exceptional, nuanced and balanced red and rose wines. Their wines draw from Rhone varietals grown in the Sierra Foothills and Mendocino County, as well as Pinot Noir grown in the Anderson and Green Valleys and the Sonoma Coast. 

We are also excited to say that Mr. Tow, the founder of The Withers Winery, will be introducing the 2015 vintage of their Rose. Last year, the 2014 vintage was an absolute favorite of both the staff and guests in attendance. This year, we can look forward to four spectacular wines to accompany the exciting 5-course dinner Chef/Owner Denise Appel has created:
