For April’s installment of Science in the News, we will explore the “CRISPR Craze” - the excitement surrounding a new DNA editing tool poised to revolutionize biology, medicine, and industry! How was CRISPR discovered? Can we use CRISPR to cure diseases, develop new crops, revive extinct species, or even engineer designer babies? If we can, should we? Join us as three Yale researchers discuss this powerful new technique and grapple with its ethical implications.
