Learn the hands-on basics of making your own yogurt and kefir (drinkable yogurt). Fermentation expert Ann Mione will share her passion and wisdom of all things fermented in this second of four workshops. Participants will learn easy and money-saving techniques for making probiotic rich yogurt and kefir with basic supplies, no machines needed. The probiotic enzymes in yogurt and kefir are excellent for digestion and over all immune system. You will participate in making each recipe, learn non-dairy and flavor variations, and take a jar of each home to ferment...and then enjoy!
